I collaborate with each individual to create a healing environment built on understanding, safety, exploration, and trust. Through a combination of interventions including EMDR, DBT skills, Internal Family Systems, and body awareness, my goal is to help clients develop a sense of felt safety and wholeness in the present moment.
My background includes work with adults who experienced complex childhood trauma often leading to involvement with the foster care system, individuals who have experienced medical trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions among other concerns.
I feel very honored and grateful to the people who share their stories with me. It is a privilege to be invited to join others on their journey. I look forward to working with you to create a healing alliance that makes space for change and growth.
I am welcoming of all identities, ethnicities, cultures, and beliefs. I enjoy working with young adults, college-age, and adults.
